This Warranty, Exchange, and Return Policy (the “Policy”) governs the procedures and conditions for enforcing the legal warranty, as well as for requesting exchanges, withdrawals, and returns of products purchased thru the website www.siobike.com, in compliance with Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Protection Statute).

All apparel, footwear, and accessories sold by SIOBIKE are covered by a legal warranty that covers defects in quality, fitness for purpose, and product safety.
1.1. Warranty Period Warranty Period
The warranty period shall be thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as seams, closures (zippers), snaps, adhesives, or defective materials. It does not cover natural wear and tear from use.
1.2. Warranty Claim Procedure Warranty Claim Procedure
The consumer must notify SiO Bike by email at usasioshoes@gmail.com, indicating:
Full name and ID number of the buyer.
Invoice number.
Detailed description of the failure or defect.
Clear photos showing the defect.
SiO Bike will provide instructions for returning the product for diagnosis. The initial shipping costs (one-way) will be covered by SiO Bike.
SiO Bike and/or the manufacturer will perform the technical diagnosis of the product.
The response time will be eight (10) business days from receipt of the product.

If the defect is determined to be manufacturing-related and covered by the warranty, SiO Bike, at the consumer’s option, will proceed to:
Full repair of the product (if possible, e.g., replacing a zipper).
Replacement with an identical product or one with the same features.
Refund of the amount paid if the product cannot be repaired or the defect recurs.
1.4. Warranty Exclusions Warranty Exclusions
The legal warranty does not apply when the defect arises from:
Normal wear and tear of the product from use (e.g., sneaker soles, sun fading).
Improper use, such as tears, burns, scuffs from falls, or contact with abrasive surfaces.
Failure to follow the washing and care instructions indicated on the label (e.g., using a dryer, bleach, or ironing at inappropriate temperatures).
Alterations or modifications made to the product by the consumer.
Damages caused by accidents, improper storage, or acts of a third party.
2. Damages caused by accidents, improper storage, or third-party actions. Right of Withdrawal (Non-Face-to-Face Sales)
2.1. Right of Withdrawal (Non-Face-to-Face Sales) Term
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within a maximum period of five (5) business days from the date of delivery of the goods.

The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with its original tags and packaging intact.
The consumer shall bear the transportation costs associated with returning the item.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personal-use items (such as underwear, if they were sold) once their packaging has been opened.

Once the product has been received and its condition verified, SiO Bike will have up to thirty (30) calendar days to refund the money.
3. Size or Style Exchanges Exchanges by Size or Style
SiO Bike offers the possibility to request an exchange of size, color, or style, provided the following conditions are met:

The maximum period for requesting an exchange is thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.
The product must be in resalable condition: unused, unwashed, free of odors, and with all original tags and packaging.
Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
3.2. Shipping Costs Shipping Costs
Shipping costs incurred by the exchange (return of the original product and shipment of the new one) will be borne by the consumer, unless the error was made by SIO GROUP SAS (incorrect shipment).
If the exchange is for a higher-value product, the consumer will pay the difference. If it is of lesser value, a credit balance or purchase voucher will be issued.

It applies exclusively to purchases made with credit cards, debit cards, or any electronic payment instrument when any of the following grounds is met (Art. 51, Law 1480 of 2011):
The consumer was the victim of fraud.
The transaction was not requested by the consumer.
The product was not delivered.
The delivered product does not match the one ordered.
The product is defective.

The consumer must file the complaint with SiO Bike within five (5) business days of becoming aware of the fraud or the grounds invoked.
Simultaneously, the consumer must notify the issuer of their electronic payment instrument (their bank) of the reversal request and the grounds for it,
